Just wanted to let you know how lucky we are to have Adora. Our company has rented an office space since 2006 (I think)... 7 years. American Store & Lock is a TOTALLY different place.....The place is so nice and clean....the bathroom (ladies) is awesome, I don't use the men's...but I would bet it is just as spotless. From the office, down the halls, kitchen area, conference room and even the walk to the trash dumpsters through the air managed storage area is amazing. Adora has put her special touch on EVERYTHING! Even the painters were there on the weekend painting the outside. I noticed today that the side door and larger door on the side of the building was painted RED...looks good. I could go on and on... Also Adora sends out e-mails for activities on special weekends... a car wash... breakfast, can't wait to see the painted pumpkins at the 1st Annual Painted Pumpkin Contest, and having a Senior Citizens Lunch and Bingo.....just to name a few......What's Next? Adora is special and we appreciate her so much!!

We have been both office and storage tenants at American Store & Lock #5 for over 4 years. We have been very satisfied with the facilities and the staff. The office suites are well maintained as are the storage units. The staff is terrific and will go out of their way to help satisfy your needs. I would recommend these facilities to anyone with a small business requiring an office or storage unit. Having both together is very convenient for our business.

I hope this email address goes to someone who can give some special recognition to Paulette Rivera at the 13304 E. Independence Blvd location in Indian Trail, NC. When the trailer we were to rent would not move because of a brake problem, she did not just give us a central telephone number to call to try to locate another one. She got on the telephone and started calling other places until she located another trailer in Monroe. The next day she called us just to make sure every thing was ok. This extra effort by Paulette needs to be recognized. We certainly do appreciate her attention to this matter.

I sincerely appreciate having my storage needs met by your facility, and I am especially grateful for the service of your employee Alisha Mullins. Her excellent attention that she displays and her vast knowledge was very helpful to me at the time that I rented with your company. She should be recognized for going above and beyone for customer service.

I rented the unit for my sister, who is relocating here. She was able to reserve it online and I was able to do most of the paperwork in person for her. Alisha was very helpful over the phone and in person.

Not sure if you’ll remember us. David and I stopped by your location in desperate need of a U-Haul truck to move a relative to Tennessee. We had been sent round and round for hours that day by another U-Haul rental location on Independence Bld. That location tried to rent out a truck that does not event start. They were planning for us to take the risk of breaking down on the road so they can make money. That is a BAD business model. Even through you didn’t have a truck for us, you went above and beyond the call of duty. You called around and got us to a location that had the truck we needed. Thank you so much for saving the day. Because of you, we will be a future return customer.
